Sales Support Representative Identify and pursue new sales
opportunities through proactive outreach and lead qualification.
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding the Sales Support
Representatives team and individual sales targets. Serve as the
initial point of contact for all new and existing customer
inquiries and concerns regarding services. Collaborate with the
Sales Support Representative team to ensure seamless execution of
direct sales and customer service initiatives. Implement
negotiation and persuasion strategies to overcome customer
objections and confidently close sales. Participate in daily
meetings with senior Frontier Sales Representative leaders and
other Sales Support Representatives to discuss sales strategies,
customer service goals, and leadership development opportunities.
Support the Sales Support Representative team in tracking and
analyzing customer interactions and sales performance. Assist the
Frontier Sales Support Representative team by generating sales
leads, developing a referral pipeline, and evaluating the sales
lifecycle.
