Responsibilities:
Take the guesswork out of your daily workflow. Follow a step-by-step guide on what to do daily. We built it for you. We have a long list of buyers that need to be connected with homes and off-market properties that need the right buyers.We will train you on how to capitalize on your current sphere, get new clients, and be less volatile.We are looking to train newly licensed agents with the right attitude or help experienced agents convert more. Mint is also looking to hire more experienced agents for leadership roles.

Qualifications:

--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
--- Show good organizational and time management skills
--- Past sales experience is preferred
--- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
--- Self-motivation and drive
--- Tech savvy
