Responsibilities:
--- Lead Generation
--- CRM
--- Database
--- Marketing
--- Smart plans
--- Individual contributions to the team
--- Do your part in your weekly and daily team contribution
--- Work on a prospecting system
--- Sales scripts mastery
--- Close appointments
--- Close sales

Qualifications:
--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
--- Sales experience
--- Ability to use or learn different software programs: excel, word, command, connect, FB ads, etc
--- Great communication
--- Ability to work independently and with groups
--- Recruiting experience is a plus
--- Commission opportunity
