Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for attracting new customers, maintaining existing customers, and communicating to management. This position is the customer facing catalyst for Tire Brands America. Base pay, high commission, unlimited earnings . We are seeking a fresh college graduate (1 or 2) to join our team! We will train you. Realistic earnings of $100K in Year 1, $180K in Year 2, $250K in Year 3. We sell import container load quantities factory direct shipped to major US tire distributors in all 50 states. The tire industry is severely backlogged on order shipments due to Covid, recent tariffs, and the shipping crisis. Opportunity abound to make huge income as it will take 5-8 years to recover inventory levels in this sellers' market. Successful skill sets:

  • Present a cheerful, positive, glass half full disposition.
  • Deliver. Plan your work, work your plan! Do what say you will do!
  • Manage multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Computer literate: Xcel, Word, e-mail, attachments, PowerPoint, file management.
  • Organized - thinks clearly and logical, keeps orderly work.
  • Convincing - able to present a clear message and win business.
  • Relentless - always moving forward!
  • Excellent oral and written presentations/communications.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Personality PLUS, PLUS, PLUS! Mut be a great people person and able to win friends and know each customer/prospect developing a personal dialog with all.Job duties:
  • Manage existing customers. Seeks re-orders. Seeks product expansion. Resolves conflicts successfully. Keeps customers in the buying mood and happy place with TBA.
  • Add new customers across the brands and product ranges.
  • Communicates new sizes, new products, new prices, and such effectively and timely.
  • Keeps in steady daily communications with management and peers.
  • Travels 10% to visit customers.The successful candidate is driven and self-motivated. Has a pleasant personality and is considered "warm and engaging". Must be able to interact well via telephone, Zoom and e-mail. Approximately 10% travel, seeing customers annually in person and again at SEMA Show. Joins Zoom meetings and able to conduct successful Zoom meetings. Is a "team player". Is coachable and learns quickly. Work environment: small, stylish office with all new furnishings located in Huntington Beach, CA. Flexible hours, but core hours are 9:AM- 3: PM M-TH, Friday is usually -- day leaving around 2: PM. We believe more in working smart, not in putting in long hours. About 32-34 hours per week total. The US tire industry is a $70 Billion/Year business. It is full of some great people.
