Our back office team provides extensive support, enabling our BCBAs to focus on their passion while minimizing administrative burdens.We currently serve families across Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Utah with center, home, and school-based services.We offer full-time or part-time BCBA opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses. Compensation is competitive, with pay rates up to $75 per hour or a salary of $95,000 annually, depending on the state.What We Believe BCBAs Deserve:

• Flexible work hours emphasizing work-life balanceOur BCBAs provide ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, designing individualized treatment plans delivered in homes, schools, and our state-of-the-art centers with compassion and expertise.Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
  • Design treatment plans of care
  • Supervise and monitor behavior technicians
  • Create positive behavioral and skill acquisition plans tailored to each individual
  • Train and oversee ABA technicians, modeling and monitoring progress
  • Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations
  • Graph data, adjust strategies as needed, and provide progress summariesJob Requirements:
    • Valid BCBA certification
    • Experience working with children and teens with ASD and other developmental disabilities
    • Reliable vehicle for travel and a valid driver's license
