Position Summary

Assist with the day-to-day shipping and logistics to ensure the department runs efficiently.

Essential Job Functions:

Shipping/ Receiving

Process all shipping documentation and customs paperwork for domestic and international shipments

Send tracking information to customers, sales, and all necessary contacts

Schedule all pickups and delivery for orders, tradeshows, demos

Manage serial number log

Pull and prepare orders for shipments

Safety

Sales/Customer Service/Service

Issue RMA#'s and manage HubSpot RMA Log

Receive product into inventory software (Fishbowl)

Manage all necessary paperwork and tracking to ensure service repairs are conducted correctly and in a timely manner

Track costs for all service repairs and send monthly/quarterly to accounting

Other

Aid in quarterly inventory

Other job duties as assigned

Ability to function as a critical team member

Job Requirements

Details:

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

1-2 years Admin Experience

Requirements

Clear oral and written communications

Ability to work independently and in teams

Strong time management and organizational skills

Organized, detail oriented accurate and maintains accurate records

Proficient in Microsoft office

Proficient in Quick Books

Ability to use HubSpot (database)

Physical Demand

Ability to stand, walk, bend 75% of the time

Ability to remain stationary 25% of the time

Ability to lift max 25 lbs

Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, keyboard, copier, printer, tablet, camera, and phone

Ability to communicate with department managers, staff and outside vendors. Must be able to communicate accurate information.

Ability to make repetitive movements of the wrists, hands, and or fingers.

20% Working in a warehouse setting, fluorescent lighting, no A/C or Central Heating.

80% Working in a office setting, fluorescent lighting, AC/ Central Heating.

$30-$36/hr. DOE
