Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide competitive analysis including fee disclosure analysis &
comparisons to assist in the sales process
Drive and bridge client relationships to the implementation stage
and sometimes ongoing
Track product request and develop input to contribute to the
increasing technology service that the company provides to
clients
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a client facing role in the financial or
retirement industry
Prior Defined Contribution industry experience required
A people person who truly enjoys interacting with clients and can
communicate difficult concepts fluidly
A strong work ethic, proactively following up with customers and
keeping them on track
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
