Sr Business Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to supporting multiple development efforts and juggle multiple priorities on parallel projects
Create and update documents required for system development life-cycle
Analyze, design, implement, and support IT business applications and systems

Qualifications:

5 years of relevant experience in IT operations and maintenance, service supplier/vendor management, IT service management, ITIL framework, process mapping, and functional decomposition of IT O&M functions
Experience in converting business requirements into technical requirements and working with developers to translate business needs into user stories
Experience with Agile delivery programs
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make expert-level decisions
Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts
