Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Technician II.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls and emails from customers, providing technical support
and training
Create documentation and guides for publication on the website
Recreate and document issues found by customers before escalating
to the Support Supervisor
Required Qualifications:
Windows security and network troubleshooting knowledge
Ability to support multiple clients across communication channels
and utilize multiple systems simultaneously
Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently
