Job Description:

A company is looking for a Property Inside Technician Leader (Remote) to lead a team of 10-15 property inside technicians and ensure expert execution of claim processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and train a team of 10-15 Inside Technicians, reviewing work quality and interactions with customers
Oversee resolution of highly complex customer/vendor conflicts or issues, negotiation of claim settlements, and response to arbitrations contentions
Manage and oversee performance of vendors, participate in special projects, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
Prior leadership and/or mentorship experience
Highly advanced knowledge of insurance policy, claim processes, and applicable legal compliance standards
Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to investigate, evaluate, and settle highly complex claims
Experience motivating, training, coaching, and facilitating teamwork
