Job Description:

A company is looking for a Human Capital Analyst for a remote position, focusing on organizational change management and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain tools for Organizational Change Management Assessments
Apply behavioral science to improve organizational performance
Design activities for Organizational Development to impact the organization's culture

Required Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in a consulting-type organization focused on enterprise transformation initiatives
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Legal authorization to work in the U.S
Knowledge of adult learning and change management best practices and methodologies
