The Site Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day site
operations. This person will coordinate and monitor all site
operations, including site communications, vendor management, space
/ utilization management and ensuring site is clean organized and
follows safety regulations provided by EH&S. This role will
interact daily with vendors and employees to maintain and help
provide a professional workplace. The facilities coordinator
reports to the Facilities Site Manager. What you can do:
- Responsible for assisting with & coordinating maintenance and
general repairs of the facility such as cleaning services and
specialized work orders by conducting daily comprehensive tours of
floor space, identifying defects, and taking corrective actions as
required.
- Track maintenance work orders and inventory of various facility
supplies
- Create, inspect and maintain logs for light equipment such as
fork trucks/lifts, compressors and generators
- Analyze and identify faults or problems in equipment and
machinery and keep them in working order
- Perform minor maintenance of vehicles and equipment including
filling up with gasoline, oils, and fluids
- Schedule the work of vendors (such as HVAC, repairs,
carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters) and oversee
contractor and vendor work and conduct inspection once complete to
ensure that quality of work meets company standards
- Respond to all service requests in a prompt manner and escalate
problems as necessary
- Assist in ensuring the safety of occupants which includes the
provisioning of emergency equipment & supplies, works with building
management, and participates in building safety/emergency
programs
- Work with sub-contractors on repairs, installations, small
construction and/or remodeling, enhancement/improvement projects
and maintenance projects
- Assist with after-hours and weekend emergency calls involving
facility needs
- Maintain office related inventory & supplies
- Provide system administration and operational responsibility
for security system which includes setting up ID badges and guest
passes, regular audits of system, providing quarterly reports and
making changes in response to reviews
- Complete office moves under direct supervision
- Perform and assist with other tasks and special projects as
required or as assigned by supervisor
- Respond to and close in a timely manner Facility tickets/email
requests
- Maintain and update Facilities system, user, and operational
documents; creates new documents as required; reviews and updates
documentation on a regular schedule
- Other duties as assigned What you can contribute:
- 3+ years of relevant facilities related experience (an
equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered)
- Skilled in Facilities, Property Management and or
Construction
- Experience in aviation, or working on a flight line is a
plus
- Experienced working in EVTOL (preferred but not required) and
R&D environment with equipment, high voltage, hazardous
chemicals and processes, waste management, etc.
- Have solid understanding of EHS and Security
- Strong computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office
and ability to learn new technology as needed
- Ability to make minor repairs in facility when necessary
- Ability to operate a variety of equipment such as fork /
scissor lift, power and un-powered hand tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Diligent and detail oriented
- Strong service orientation and organizational skills
- Self-starter and resourceful team player
- Ability to work well under pressureAbility to multi-task and to
