Description:GREAT opportunity to learn a trade They will be trained to do "Composite Technician" type work. Looking for candidates that have experience working with their hands, that can train and learn the production processes.--- Will be trained in specific production processes: tape wrapping, cutting, Bonding, Lay-up, and bagging.--- Measure and visually inspect products.--- Set up, operate, or tend metal molding, casting, or coremaking machines to mold metal parts or products.--- Smooth and clean inner surfaces of molds, using brushes, scrapers, air hoses, or grinding wheels, and fill imperfections with refractory material.--- Mix and measure compounds or weigh premixed compounds--- Adjust temperature controls of ovens.--- Review blueprints or other instructions to determine operational methods or sequences.Skills & Qualifications:--- A great attitude and willing to be trained.--- Some experience with hand tools--- SOME kind of experience in a Mechanical / Manufacturing or Construction environment.--- Interested in building parts--- Can perform high levels of repetitive work--- Not afraid to get dirty--- Mechanical/ Construction experience --- Aerospace experience is a plus--- Good communication--- Able to read a tape measure--- Able to lift 25 lbs About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
