JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, data visualization and database management.
BUSINESS ANALYST JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize SQL to query data, data mine for ROI analysis.
• Project management of information, reporting, and business analysis related projects.
• Create and Manage reports publications utilizing PowerBi, PowerQuery and other Reporting tools.
• Support information users with training and support.
• Analysis, research, coordinate and reports on JDE data to support both internal and/or external users.
• Maintain and manager KPI report templates, design, formats, and distribution.
• Manage existing analytic solutions, including modernization/standardization, troubleshooting, and maintenance as needed.
• Develop and deploy new tools for automated reporting and decision-making.
• Collect user requirements and design specifications to create new solutions.
• Manage third party Sporting Goods Industry database.
• Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally
  QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
  • Education and related experience in business (Business, economics, accounting/finance, information systems). 4-year college degree (BA/BS).
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity and comfort with data, ERP system data architecture, business, and statistical analysis.
  • Interested in learning data structures and data management, sql, PowerQuery, PowerBi, Dax, RStudio.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • 2+ years professional experience working in sales, supply chain, customer service, logistics, or an analytical discipline preferred.
