Full-time Description About Us: Redbarn Pet Products was
co-founded in 1996 by lifelong friends Jeff Baikie and Howie
Bloxam, who met as 12-year-olds on a hockey rink in Canada.
Inspired by a shared passion for wholesome, high-quality dog food,
they built a company that has grown to a family of 500 members,
offering over 200 foods, treats, and chews. As a family-owned

Summary: Redbarn is looking for a strategic and creative Brand
Manager to help our brand stand out, grow, and connect with
customers in meaningful ways. You’ll leverage insights, trends, and
your leadership to optimize product assortment, pricing,
merchandising, and marketing across all channels—especially digital
and social media. What You’ll Do: Drive brand growth with
data-informed strategies for products, pricing, and merchandising.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and on
target. Turn consumer insights into innovative product ideas and
impactful marketing campaigns. Plan and execute new product
launches from concept to market. Support sales with insight-driven
selling strategies. Measure and optimize marketing programs based
on performance. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 4
years in brand management, CPG marketing, or brand strategy .
Experience with consumer insights tools (Nielsen, SPINS, Circana).
Passion for digital marketing, social media, and storytelling.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Description $86,000 to $95,000 per year (DOE)
