Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for the Personal
Risk Service Center (Hybrid or Remote EST).
Key Responsibilities
Assist Account Managers with processing endorsements and creating
insurance documents
Liaise with external carriers and manage electronic filing in the
EPIC system
Prepare insurance-related documents and maintain client files
according to office procedures
Required Qualifications
2+ years of administration/operations and customer service
experience
Experience in P&C insurance, particularly Personal Lines
coverage, is preferred
High School Diploma or GED required; additional education/training
is a plus
Familiarity with insurance and EPIC software is desired
P&C License required within six months of hire
