A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative -
Spanish Speaker.
Key Responsibilities
Provide top-tier technical support via chat and email to both new
and existing customers
Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
Help improve technical documentation and internal knowledge base
for troubleshooting purposes
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish
Basic technical skills with a strong desire to learn more
Ability to work as a team player and contribute to a positive work

Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks
