Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound engagement phone calls to members based on
campaign criteria
Assist members with navigation and address health plan
dissatisfaction
Maintain call logs and participate in program improvement
discussions
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in
healthcare or member engagement
High School degree or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
Advanced technical skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,
PowerPoint)
Experience in direct communication with members is required
Continuous learning and progress toward certification is highly
preferred
