Element HB is searching for a self-motivated, mechanically inclined person to add to the Machine shop. This role will be responsible for operating various Machine Shop equipment in the production process. Element Huntington Beach is a world renown Aerospace Testing Company with clients such as Boeing, SpaceX and Blue Origin. Responsibilities









Willing to train the right candidateSet-up, Operate and Monitor machinery to ensure that production is completed in a timely manner, including machining a variety of samples to close tolerancesAbility to read and interpret documents such as drawings, operating instructions, safety rules, and procedure manualsSelect, Align, and Secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials on machinesAbility to use of machine tools and inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers
