A company is looking for a Design Lead.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading and supervising the Design Team for an innovative and groundbreaking app concept
Overseeing the end-to-end design process for the mobile app and website
Advocating for user-centric design principles and ensuring UX/UI best practices are applied

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a design team in a tech company
2+ years of experience managing designers
Strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and diverse design styles
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Experience using Figma and other design tools
