Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Medical Assistant
for their Customer Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow through the
facility
Collect and update patient information, manage electronic health
records, and handle billing procedures
Communicate with patients, physicians, and healthcare
professionals, educate patients on medications and post-treatment
care
Required Qualifications:
Associates degree related to the field or completion of a Medical
Assistant Program OR 1 year of Medical Assistant experience
Proficiency in a dynamic remote work setting
Experience with EHR (Athena is a plus)
Bilingual in English and Spanish
