Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Account Development to lead
and scale a global Account Development team within their growing
Sales Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and communicate the vision, goals, and KPIs for the Global
Account Development organization
Lead and mentor Account Development Managers to generate new
business opportunities and customer meetings
Guide the team on educating customers on the value of the company's
Enterprise solutions and navigating key decision makers
Required Qualifications:
4+ years leading a high performing SDR/BDR team/organization
Proven ability to create and iterate the sales development process
and methodology
Relevant sales experience in an Enterprise SaaS organization
Strong track record of navigating within large enterprise and
mid-market organizations
Experience and success in developing team members for future career
growth
