An Intake Specialist manages the process of onboarding new and prospective clients who are a good fit for the firm and who want to know that the firm is a good fit for their case. An Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and contributes greatly to their first impressions of the firm. We are looking for an individual able to conduct all of the firm's initial intakes across various new lead platforms. This role entails the responsibility of managing a high volume of leads from several different sources and persistently monitoring all potential new client inquiries (e.g. email, following up with pending inquiries, internet, phone, and attorney referrals).

An Intake Specialist screens claims and consultatively guides prospective clients through the lifecycle of signing an agreement for representation and data collection prior to the firm's case managers and attorneys focusing on the handling of an injured person's medical treatment and lawsuit. To be successful in this role one needs to be relentless towards going above and beyond for both the client and the firm, able to work with our existing team of motivated and successful specialists, paralegals, and administrative professionals, and exhibit an insatiable hunger to achieve new heights every single month. Pay Range: $18 to $26 per hour, plus bonus

Responsibilities:
--- Conduct initial consultations with potential clients over the phone or in person
--- Gather information about the potential client's injuries, the circumstances of the accident, and any related insurance coverage
--- Assess the potential client's eligibility for legal representation based on the information gathered
--- Schedule appointments for the potential client to meet with an attorney
--- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of potential client interactions and case information
--- Communicate with potential clients to provide updates on their cases and answer any questions they may have

Qualifications:
--- High school diploma or equivalent
--- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
--- Utmost professionalism and phone etiquette
--- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
--- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
--- Familiarity with personal injury law and the legal process a plus
--- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
--- Have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
