Additionally, TravisMathew is focused on the development of sustainable practices, challenging ourselves to discover innovations in design, production and technology.JOB OVERVIEWThe Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Retail) is responsible for leading the full cycle recruiting process for retail management positions as well as providing strategic support for store hiring for new store openings and existing store locations. This individual will partner with hiring managers to manage and drive the recruitment lifecycle / process from onset through offer. Additionally, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for analyzing success against metrics to create and execute plans to improve fill times, quality of hire and source effectiveness.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval through employment offer
  • Conduct detailed behavior based interviews to assess capabilities and skills
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand objectives, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
  • Lead the new store opening (NSO) hiring strategy and process to ensure successful hiring to meet staffing needs
  • Collaborate with the team to creatively source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
  • Develop market-based partnerships to support the recruiting efforts in various regions
  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide thought leadership, expertise and guidance on effective talent decisions
  • Provide training, coaching and general guidance to hiring managers on interview and recruitment best practices
  • Develop, implement and drive recruitment initiatives / strategies, tools and processes
  • Develop and implement creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a pipeline of 'ready talent'
  • Maintain recruitment metrics / tracking and ensure all KPIs are attained
  • Utilize data analytics to drive talent acquisition decisions and recommendations, inclusive of recruitment spend
  • Maintain records on companywide recruiting activities, via application tracking system
  • Conduct ongoing research of competitive landscape and market insights / trends to remain current and relevant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • Proficient in applicant tracking system / technology
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to create, measure and scale
  • Ability to identify, qualify and close candidates across a wide variety of roles
  • Ability to manage change and influence hiring behavior
  • Ability to make decisions independently, or escalate when applicable
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travelEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field preferred
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in full cycle recruiting within a multi-unit retail environmentIf your experience is close to what we're looking for, please consider applying.
