A Consumer Goods manufacturer is seeking a Business-to-Business Credit Representative located in Huntington Beach. This is a great opportunity with a stable company that provides excellent pay and benefits. This is a Contract position and will be 100% on-site. Offering $21-$25/hr. DOE.

Credit Representative Duties:

• Will be on the phones with customers and sales reps addressing credit limit issues
• Negotiate credit lines, and payment plans (business to business)
• Identifying customers' needs, independently resolving disputes, and responding to credit service-related inquiries received via verbal/written/e-mail communication from internal or external customers and other financial institutions
• Respond to incoming or outbound calls, in a pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and professional manner
• Send out collection noticed, increase credit lines Job Requirements
  
  Credit Representative Requirements:
  • Experience in collections or default resolution preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or five years of related experience and/or training
  • Must have experience in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business oriented field of study
  • Keyboarding input skills
