Responsibilities
Set-up and operate 4 or 5 axis lathes to produce parts to precise dimensions and within close tolerances
Operate multiple machines simultaneously
Review electronic or written blueprints or specifications for a job.
Calculate where to cut or bore.
Select tools and materials for the job.
Monitor and control feed rate and speed.
Ensure workpiece is properly lubricated and/or cooled.
Monitor the accuracy of cuts.
Check accuracy of work against blueprints and specifications.
Use manual and computer-controlled machinery.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements: Qualifications
Ability to operate multiple machines simultaneously
Ability to set up and operate CNC lathes (Experience preferred)
Regular and reliable attendance
Must be able to comprehend blueprints, work orders, and other technical documents.
Willing to work non-standard and/or additional hours on short notice to support near term customer milestones and schedules (Overtime, Off-shifts)
Must pass a hands on exam that will test your general knowledge.

Must be able to walk up and down stairs
Lift and carry up to 25lbs.
Push up to 50lbs on a rolling cart
Shift
5AM to 1:30PM + overtime (as needed)

Compensation commensurate with experience
Must be able to pass a drug screen for substances illegal in the state of California as well as a background check.
