Job Description:
A data company is seeking a Remote Search Lead Research
Scientist.
Must be able to:
Conduct systematic experiments across multiple models and
hyperparameter combinations
Prototype and evaluate new search and ranking algorithms
Conduct research for novel ML use cases and applications in NLP and
information retrieval
Position Requirements Include:
Strong understanding of statistics, experimental design, and
measurements
MS or PhD in a quantitative discipline like Computer Science, AI,
Physics, Economics
Scientific mindset and first-principles thinking, depth and bread
of state-of-the-art approaches in science
4+ years of proven track record in ML and NLP
4+ years querying data from relational databases using SQL
4+ years using Python to develop analytical solutions
