Job Description:

The Digital Communications Coordinator will be responsible for growth and interaction of our online communities for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. The Digital Communications Coordinator will act as the voice of the brand when communicating to our respective audiences. - -Ensure our partners are provided with the most up to date product information and assets to use in-store and online, as well as monitoring and maintaining the Cambro DAM.

Essential Functions:
Ensure that all content and design is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content.Stay up to date on social media news, trends and forecasting.Guarantee that community engagement activities support overall brand goals and objectives.Responsible for leading Social Community efforts via ongoing monitoring.Uses consistent brand voice while directly engaging with consumers on Cambro's social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok.Leads Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest posting.Researches TikTok trends.Immerses in brand mission, values, and tone to speak consistently from the brand's voice.Identifies new social influencer and content creator opportunities.Ability to recognize opportunities for engaging content based on interactions with specific audiences.Leads fulfillment/shipping and tracking of influencer and social fan giveaway packages.Supports Digital Communication Manager in strategic acquisition efforts, social promotions, contests, brand partnerships and internal communications. Create and maintain weekly social media metrics.Write product website copy.Communicate new product launches to key stakeholders.Define, implement, and manage the full life-cycle, archival, and distribution of all digital assets.Maintain workflows for asset ingestion, categorization, permissions management, version control, delivery, and expiration to internal and external users.Own the ongoing ingestion, organization, and maintenance of the digital asset management system and server ensuring that duplicate, non-compliant, and obsolete files are deprecated in a timely manner.Maintain accurate product information and descriptions. Perform audits on distributor websites to ensure product information is up to date. Support internal and external teams with critical and time-sensitive digital asset acquisition requests.Train and onboard new users to the DAM system and assist with questions from existing users.Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.Must be able and work in fast-paced environment, managing multiply projects/campaigns at a time.Maintain reliable and consistent attendance, including being punctual, and dependable in order to meet the needs of the department and the organization.Execute each essential duty satisfactorily in order to perform job successfully.Follows all safety procedures required in work area, wears PPE as needed, attends all safety meetings, and reports safety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions. Performs effectively as a team member, able to work well with others, open to receive and give feedback, and treats everyone with respect. Takes ownership of own work and behavior, accepts accountability for own actions, encourages solutions, and communicates status of work/projects. Follow all department quality standards/criteria. Raise concerns and issues to immediate manager. Able to understand and demonstrate Cambro company culture, display company core values (Safety, Quality, Respect, and Service). Understands department's key performance indicators and contributes to achieve these goals both individually and as a team. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Bachelor's degree; preferably in Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field.3 to 5 years of experience assisting with social media on behalf of a brand.Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTokAbility to write copy that is both creative and engagingBasic understanding of SEO and website traffic metrics a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.Strong prioritization and project management skills, with multiple deliveries and specific deadlinesAbility to multi-task and adapt within a changing business environment.Able to build strong relationships and work across various teams.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in working in a global marketing environment.
