Job Description:
BJ's Restaurants (Nasdaq: BJRI) is a $1.2 billion casual dining

breweries and 22,000 plus team members. We have an exciting
opportunity for a Facilities Specialist to join our team.The
Facilities Specialist is responsible for providing direct
administrative and logistical support to the Vice President of
Facilities and interfacing directly with restaurant field
operations, vendors, general contractors, equipment purveyors and
service providers in support of the department's production goals
and accomplishments.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Vice President of
Facilities
- Monitor, adjust and maintain the workflow program utilized by
BJ's (Service Channel) on a daily basis in support of our
restaurants and vendors
- Maintain inventory levels at various storage locations and
facilitate the shipping and receiving of inventory assets
- Perform daily processing of invoices to applicable accounts and
research and resolve vendor invoicing issues
- Receive, sort, distribute and file all department mail and
incoming faxes
- Assist new restaurant openings by way of support to the
facilities staff and restaurants
- Maintain compliance with various State, City and private
agencies by way of organizing and tracking inspection and submittal
milestonesNecessary Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent "education" from work
experience within a restaurant facilities department and/or work
experience in a high volume full service restaurant as an
operator
- Prior experience with workflow management software "Service
Channel" (or similar workflow management platform) required
- Solid understanding of confidentiality
- Ability to perform with a sense of urgency in a high volume and
productive atmosphere
- Excellent organizing and coordinating skills
- Types 50+ WPM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Requires accuracy, attention to detail and ability to
prioritize
- Ability to lift 40lbs.
- Clean driving record
- Knowledge of Windows based word processing, spreadsheets and
accounting programs to include Excel, Word, Power Point, and
ProjectSalary: Commensurate with experienceProof of eligibility to
