Our client a stable companyspecializingin custom handcrafted plumbingproducts is looking for a Finisher to add to the facility in HuntingtonBeach

Pay:15.50-22.00 DOEShift:2:15 am-11:00pmJob Duties Include: Use of high-pressure air equipment to clean and prepare surfaces such as brass or other types of metals. Use polishing lathe machines on metal surfaces to correct defects, smooth, satin and prepare surfaces and polish materials. Set up and operate polishing equipment. Racking or wiring of parts, dipping parts in chemical baths and rinse tanks, drying parts with forced air and cleaning or waxing the finished product to obtain the desired results. Removing the outer chrome plated layer to expose the underlaying bright nickel finish. Peeling, or unwrapping parts in preparation for further finishing Verifying the type and quantity of parts against the production order form and then staging them in trays.Minimum Requirement Include: Must be able to communicate discrepancies to team leader and be able to solve problems and implement solutions. Ability to follow instructions and comply with all safety regulations including the use of personal protective equipment. Attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, persistence. Visual examination of finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
