machine, perform minor troubleshooting, enter data into EBR, and
perform machine setup and machine cleaning and minor adjustments.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties Follows established procedures
and guidelines to manufacture the organization's products according
to production specifications and schedules, volume, cost, and
wastage targets or quality standards. Operates machines and
production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
Monitors the quality of output to identify, discard or
remanufacture faulty products. Maintains accurate daily production
records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed. Perform
adjustments, setups, production changeovers, and cleaning of FFS
machines Keep equipment clean and clear blockages to keep machine
running Notify lead/supervisor of any problem Work in other areas
as needed Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
Adhere the all safety and good housekeeping procedures Record
machine down time Comply with all departmental and company policies
and procedures Measure, inspect, and document information related
to production batch records. Set up film and foil and make
adjustments as required Ensure manufacturing, equipment has
necessary supplies Perform visual and functional test on the
containers Perform cleaning, sanitizations, and disinfecting of
equipment Troubleshoot operational problems with the machine and
make corrections Make adjustment to the machine as required Ability
to troubleshoot barcode machines Ability to accurately communicate
problems to the mechanic in order to expedite the troubleshooting
process Good understanding of cGMP’s Perform material handling
functions related to the operation as needed. The job function
