boutique practice in Corona that is looking to add several
attorneys due to an increasing caseload. This is a role for someone
who wants to focus on high-level legal work without the typical
administrative burdens of family law. The Reality of the Role The
Hours: Your annual target is 1,515 billables. This is a firm that
prioritizes a sustainable pace, allowing you the time to properly
manage 50 to 80 active matters without the constant pressure of a
high-volume "mill" environment. The Support: You are here to
practice law. The firm provides a dedicated billing specialist and
a client relations team to handle the non-legal aspects of the
desk, ensuring you aren't stuck with administrative tasks or
collection calls. The Work: You will handle matters from intake
through resolution, including divorce, child custody, and complex
parentage cases. You’ll be independently managing RFO hearings,
DVRO cases, and trials across Southern California. The Environment:
This is a fully in-office role in Corona. The firm is open to a
range of experience levels, from junior attorneys (2 years) to
senior practitioners and CFLS candidates looking for a

$120,000 to $275,000 base (depending on experience level).
