What You Will Be Doing The Attorney will be responsible for cases within the area of Employment Law. Cases consist of PAGA and Wage & Hour claims, representing both individuals and class actions. The workload will include taking depositions, attending mediations, trial prep and will require strong writing skills preparing legal documents.
