A company is looking for a Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
Draft various legal documents including answers, discovery
responses, and oppositions to motions
Prepare legal templates for attorney review and manage deadlines
for timely filing
Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and hearings
Required Qualifications
2+ years of paralegal experience
Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field;
Bachelor's degree preferred
Certification as a paralegal
Must know how to draft a legal document from scratch
Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and regulations
