The Opportunity: The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is looking for a dedicated litigation paralegal to join their team in Irvine, CA! The Ideal candidate will have completed a paralegal course through an accredited program. They will have the knowledge and skills necessary to assist attorneys as they prepare cases for trial. This will include drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial practice. The ideal candidate will be excited to work cohesively as a team to insure our clients receive the representation they deserve. Requirements:

• Completion of accredited paralegal program
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience that developed the necessary skills to effectively complete tasks
• Experience preparing legal documents
• Knowledge of legal databases (CASEpeer preferred but not required)
• Time management skills
• strong attention to detail About You:
  • You have a paralegal certificate or an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies
  • You have exceptional writing and analytical capabilities
  • You are a team player but also a self-starter who can work independently
  • You are detail-oriented and organized and do not struggle with meeting deadlines
  • You enjoy helping people and are compassionate when communicating with clients
