Job Description:
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Trial
Attorney to join our team and provide legal counsel and
representation in court proceedings. -Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents such as
briefs, pleadings, appeals, etc.
- Providing legal advice before, during, and after trial.
- Representing clients in court proceedings.
- Negotiating settlements.
- Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and
court personnel.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with
clients.
- Assisting with discovery requests and replies.
- Evaluating and interpreting legal documents.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and legal
procedures.Qualifications:
- Experience in trial and deposition.
- Knowledge of legal support, trial court, litigation, trial
prep, mediations, motions, and jury trial (a plus).
- Good research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Medical /
