Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Counsel to manage, negotiate,
and close infrastructure vendor contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate complex cross-border contracts involving data
centers, connectivity, and telecommunications
Develop and manage process workflows and work product best
practices for infrastructure vendor contracts
Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure the quality
of deliverables
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of relevant legal experience in technology companies and
law firms
3+ years of experience in B2B/B2C Communications, Collaboration,
UCaaS, or CCaaS Industries
Experience in telecom law and/or working with telecommunication
carriers
Strong sense of ownership and sound judgment in ambiguous
situations
Highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize
effectively
