Job Description:

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel on investigations, disputes, litigation, and insurance coverage considerations
Develop and execute strategies for pre-litigation and litigation matters
Manage relationships with outside litigation counsel and provide guidance to paralegals and other legal department staff

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
Familiarity with health care law or related fields is a plus
Meeting management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage outside counsel and handle complex legal projects
