IP Litigation Associate

Job Description:

A company is looking for an IP Litigation Associate.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle matters independently, including conducting depositions, handling hearings, and maintaining client communication
Support the national litigation practice and work with both local and national clients
Receive mentorship from experienced attorneys with diverse backgrounds

Required Qualifications:

5-8 years of law firm experience working with litigation clients
Juris doctorate and licensed to practice law in Texas
IP experience is a must; bankruptcy or appellate experience is a bonus
Willingness and ability to make routine court appearances in Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio
Ability to work remotely and leverage modern technology
