client is actively recruiting for an associate with at least 3
years of civil litigation experience to join their labor &
employment practice group in Newport Beach! The opportunity is with
an established large nationwide firm with offices across the
country. This position has remote work flexibility. The incoming
attorney will have opportunities to help clients in other areas of
general civil and commercial litigation.We are seeking an attorney
who has specific wage & hour class action and PAGA experience.
Interested candidates should have significant experience in
discovery and law and motion practice. As the firm continues to
