Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Java FSE Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage production support and incident management, including
handling production outage SWAT calls
Communicate effectively and manage a team of 20+ onsite/offshore
resources
Implement application stabilization planning and guide the team to
minimize production issues
Required Qualifications:
8-10 years of work experience in Core Java, J2EE, Multi-threading,
API, Spring framework, Hibernate, and Oracle
Experience with React/Nodejs/Angular, Kafka, Springboot,
Kubernetes/Docker, and Mongo DB is a plus
Familiarity with production support SLAs and monitoring tools like
Splunk and Dynatrace
Ability to manage clients and end users during critical
situations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
