Job Description:

A software and cloud communications company is in need of a Remote Agile Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Serving as a Scrum Master for 2 - 3 teams
Helping identify framework-agnostic solutions to trouble spots within project processes
Identifying, and coaching through, root causes of rollover, missed commitments, excessive unplanned work
Qualifications Include:

5 -7 years of relevant experience working with cross functional teams
3+ years as a successful agilist and change agent
3 years as a Program Manager on technical initiatives, development or operations role
Scrum Master certification
