Job Description:
A software technology company has a current position open for a
Remote Technical Support Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining and supporting our ETL processes and data integrations
though SSIS/DTSX packages
Maintaining and supporting our Microsoft Azure infrastructure
Responding to server, desktop and application support tickets from
our internal and external clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
An undergraduate degree, diploma or better in Computer Science,
Engineering, Math, Science
Experience working directly with internal stakeholders and external
customers
A demonstrated ability and interest in picking up new
technologies
Previous experience working in IT infrastructure
Experience with programming in C#/VB .NET, CODE, SQL,
PowerShell
Experience in database management, particularly MS SQL Server
