Technical Recruiter - Huntington Beach, California Salary $50,000 - $100,000+ (uncapped on target earnings)-- -- Come and join us at Venator Broadcast! -- We are currently interested in speaking with talented Recruiters who are local to Long Beach, California and may be open to new opportunities. -- In return we offer a competitive base salary, benefits package & commission structure, as well as career development opportunities for successful consultants to achieve promotion! -- Key Duties and Responsibilities: -- Design and implement recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Screen candidates resumes and job applications Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote company's services to uphold reputation Desired Skills and Experience: -- Minimum of 1-2 years successful full-cycle and high-volume recruiting experience Recruiting experience at a corporate or agency level Must excel with up to date recruiting methods and social media.
