Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the onboarding process, including background checks and
new hire orientation
Administer immigration matters and ensure compliance with HR
policies
Provide administrative support for HR operations and maintain data
integrity in the HRIS system
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience; 4-year degree
preferred with HR focus
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR field
PHR/SHRM-CP certification or pursuit preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred
Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
preferred
