Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior CX Trainer for their Customer Support department.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver customer service training programs to new hires and existing employees
Maintain knowledge of customer service protocols, policies, and techniques
Monitor employee progress and evaluate training program effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a trainer delivering service and/or technical training
Experience with instructional techniques and delivery methods for engaging and effective training
Strong knowledge of customer service operations or technical support systems
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms
Strong organizational and project management skills
