Additionally, TravisMathew is focused on the development of sustainable practices, challenging ourselves to discover innovations in design, production and technology.JOB OVERVIEWThe HR Business Partner leads the HR business relationship with Marketing, Product & Sales in the areas of team performance, employee engagement, talent development, employee relations, performance management and compensation. This individual partners with the VP of HR to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance and support the business. The HRBP strategically partners with assigned leaders and employees to ensure TravisMathew HR programs are implemented and supported thoughtfully and in accordance with company policy. Additionally, this individual helps to create and foster a culture that recognizes outstanding achievement, enables individuals to reach their potential and ensures all employees are treated with respect and fairness in the performance of their responsibilities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide counsel to management and employees on various human resources matters including employee relations, performance management, employment law compliance, policy interpretation, compensation and benefits
  • Partner with leadership to diagnose organizational design, development or training needs of the organization and make the most appropriate tool or resource available to meet the business needs in partnership with Learning and Development
  • Partner closely with management of assigned groups in structuring and developing their respective teams to maximize performance and employee engagement
  • Coach Managers on talent and succession management and how to best to motivate and challenge all members of their teams, (from high performers to under performers) to ensure employee performance, engagement and accountability
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to build internal and external pipelines of high caliber, culturally diverse talent to meet the needs of the business with regards to succession and workforce planning
  • Assist with developing and maintaining communications programs that successfully impart the company's mission, values, culture, and objectives
  • Establish and effectively builds relationships with HR colleagues to ensure close alignment and partnership with respect to employee HR support and administration; this includes performance management, recruitment, compensation adjustments / merit process, benefit administration and mobility topics
  • Partner with VP of HR to drive cultural change efforts in the organization through strategic HR initiativesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
    • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Ability to assess sensitive and complex employee relations issues in a confidential and objective manner
    • Ability to build partnerships and establish rapport and credibility at all levels
    • Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues
    • Ability to function independently and problem solve with minimal direction
    • Ability to invoke change by influencing rather than directing management
    • Ability to strategically analyze data and examine issues while identifying themes and creating solutions
    • Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong business judgment with the ability to connect human resources with business goalsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
      • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field
      • Minimum 8 years' experience in multiple Human Resources disciplines
