Additionally, TravisMathew is focused on the development of sustainable practices, challenging ourselves to discover innovations in design, production and technology.JOB OVERVIEWThe Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with multiple business leaders to provide strategic partnership, execute on initiatives related to the overall people and business strategies and proactively manage employee relations and performance.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage employee relations, complaint resolution and investigations
  • Provide performance guidance to business leaders (i.e., coaching, counseling, disciplinary action)
  • Provide recommendations and counsel regarding terminations
  • Lead the termination process including paperwork administration and exit interviews
  • Drive the delivery of departmental / organizational initiatives to respective business functions
  • Partner with management team to develop and implement training and development initiatives / programs
  • Partner with management team to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to source and staff a diverse and high performing workforce, and ensure / support a positive onboarding experience
  • Support the execution and facilitation of personnel changes / re-organizations
  • Support the introductory period, development plan(s) and merit processes
  • Support the development and -implementation of broad-based human resources initiatives
  • Manage leave process including employee interaction, tracking, compliance, and administration
  • Provide direction and guidance to managers on the interpretation and consistent application of policies, programs, and initiatives
  • Analyze associate feedback / metrics for trends and root cause identification, and develop / present recommendations to management team
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day HR practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to assess sensitive and complex employee relations issues in a confidential and objective manner
  • Ability to build partnerships and establish rapport and credibility at all levels
  • Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues
  • Ability to function independently and problem solve with minimal direction
  • Ability to invoke change by influencing rather than directing management
  • Ability to strategically analyze data and examine issues while identifying themes and creating solutions
  • Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skillsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in multiple Human Resources disciplines
