Job Description:

Commercial Food Service TechnicianOpenings in San Diego County, Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside CountyTechnical experience and mechanical aptitude is desired. Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial foodservice equipment repair or equivalent industry experience.High school diploma or equivalentBasic computer skillsValid driver?s license and acceptable driving recordBasic troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsProficient with hand tools, job-related specialty tools, and power toolsUnderstanding/comprehension of proper safety procedures and situational awarenessMotivated self-starter. Ability to follow through on assignments with minimal supervisionGreat work ethic, reliable, hardworking, positive attitude, always on timeEager/available to attend available training classesMust present oneself as honest, approachable, courteous and professional at all timesTechnician ($26-$30 hr)1. In addition to qualifications listed above, should be CFESA certified in Electrical and Gas2. Able to work independently on all foodservice equipment3. Able to perform On-Call duty rotation with your department4. Must know and follow all company policies and proceduresSenior Technician ($30-$40 hr)1. Must be a CFESA Master-certified technician or possess equivalent work experience2. Able to work independently on any piece of equipment the department services3. Able/willing to assist in training other technicians4. Must know and follow all company policies5. Must exemplify the model employee by strictly adhering to and promoting company policies, procedures and best practicesField Supervisor $40-$45 per hour1. Must possess all qualifications listed above. CFESA Master Certified Tech2. Must be a resource to other technicians on every piece of equipment the department services3. Develop and implement departmental training for other technicians4. Ability to assist with scheduling5. Able to professionally resolve customer and/or technician disputes6. Must exemplify the model employee by strictly adhering and promoting company policies, procedures and best practices7. At the direction of the Department Manager, must be able to manage departmental operations for a short period of time8. Must be able to professionally represent the company to ALL customers and help to address and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise9. The Field Supervisor must be an unmistakable leader and mentor to all department technicians
