Clinical Director is responsible for managing the clinical
department , through strong leadership towards the group of
Clinical Supervisors, taking initiative, and implementing proactive

Manage a team of Clinical Supervisors (4 sups), to help them
succeed in their responsibilities Complete clinic-based, 3-tier
supervision (min. 60% of the job is clinical contact). No direct
case management by the Clinical Director Manage performance
scorecard for Clinical Supervisors Lead weekly individual
Supervisor Meetings about caseload, authorization hours Meet or
exceed operating targets as an individual and for a supervised team
Use Organizational Behavior Management to manage the team Train
(Registered) Behavior Technicians & Clinical Supervisors Carry out
clinical responsibilities and adjust staffing of treatment teams as
necessary to effectively provide interventions to meet the full
extent of services authorized and support families. Ensure clinical
quality, compliance, regulatory, and funding requirements are met,
and act if they are not Monitor quality improvement initiatives
Assist with HR and interviews Develop proactive business solutions
Evaluate Clinical Supervisors Initiate and execute proactive
business solutions Write and monitor performance plans Partner with
colleagues and managers to ensure a positive customer experience
for all clients through coordinated service delivery. ABA Works is

Veteran status Requirements: BCBA or BCBA-D Demonstrated experience
in ABA and Managing Clinical Supervisors for over 10 years Minimum
of 8-10 years as a Clinical Supervisor Demonstrated experience in
parent training, VB-Mapp, AFLS, EFL, FBA Commitment to building,
developing, and supporting diverse teams Commitment to ongoing
training and development related to clinical skills Excellent time
management and organizational skills Consistent good judgment and
decision-making skills Experience with data collection software ie
Central Reach, Motivity Ability to develop effective working
relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
